Kavya is currently a junior in college pursuing a major in Business Administration. As a co-founder, Kavya focuses on optimizing internal and external operations within Spears to Success.  Kavya's leadership in creating marketing plans aims to provide equal opportunities for all businesses to succeed by leveraging her team's expertise and strategic thinking. 

 Mark is a current junior in college majoring in Business and Entrepreneurship. As a co-founder, Mark looks to expand outreach and increase connections to companies across a multitude of industries. Mark has always worked to increasing equality of opportunity, whether it be for small businesses or people with disabilities (being one himself) and hopes that he can pursue this goal in the long run.
